This podcast series is hosted by Dr. Joannie DeBrito, featured during our Summit Basecamp series, Helping Teens Find Hope: Anxiety, Depression, Suicide.

Mental health connects with every other component of our health, including our emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual health.  If one is out of balance, our children’s mental health can tip off-center. Therefore, we must work to keep each of these components balanced.

Dr. DeBrito is the current Director of Parenting and Youth at Focus on the Family. If you’re looking for more resources to become equipped to reach teens experiencing anxiety, depression, suicide, or other mental health concerns, watch the 3-hour event lectures, click here.
