How do you respond when people say ‘Isn’t faith alone enough’?

“Faith is not set apart from reason . . . God calls us to reason with him.
Mary Jo Sharp

Summit faculty member and professor of apologetics, Mary Jo Sharp, explains that there are two assumptions people make when they say that they don’t need any evidence for their faith. The first assumption is that faith doesn’t involve reasoning, despite the words of Peter and the actions of Paul and Jesus. The second assumption is that our faith will never be shaken, despite that in Scripture and in our own lives, faith-shaking experiences are quite common.
