Session #1: Gen Z and Church: How to Create a Lifelong Connection (Dr. Jeff Myers)
70% of young adults leave church by their early twenties. They’ve lost the plot. But we can learn 3 life-changing lessons from the 30% who stay. Eye-opening insights and practical strategies from Dr. Jeff.

Session #2: Cultivating a Life of Faith, Purpose and Beauty (Sally Clarkson)
God has made us with the capacity to live courageously, to have great faith, and to become a person of loving influence-to bring Christ’s life to bear in all aspects of life. Sally Clarkson educated her 4 now adult children, ministered around the world, and mentored countless women with this soul-resounding message.

Session #3: A Place to Belong, Become, and Build (Aaron Buttery)
Students need a community to foster their identity, champion their purpose, and welcome their whole person. This community is marked by a young persons sense of belonging, capacity to hold who they are becoming, and grant them opportunities to build impact.  Aaron Buttery will outline each of these markers of vibrant communities so that you, as parents, guides, and teachers, can ensure your community is ready to support young people. It is within vibrant communities that young people are taught core convictions and see them lived out with godly character. How is your community a place for a young person to Belong, Become, and Build.

Dr. Jeff Myers

Sally Clarkson

Sally Clarkson is a bestselling author, renowned speaker, and beloved mentor who has dedicated her life to inspiring countless women to live for Christ. Her popular podcast, At Home With Sally, has over 27 million downloads. She has been married to her husband Clay for more than forty years. They have raised four adult children. Rev. Aaron Buttery

Rev. Aaron Buttery is deeply committed to the raising of generations of spiritual leaders and followers of Jesus. He is a 20+ year next-generation ministry leader, a two-time church planter, and currently an executive leadership coach with Spiritual Leadership Inc. He is particularly focused and passionate about the relationships and systems that empower people to follow Jesus and lead others to him.

Host

Megan’s favorite part of her job at Life Training Institute — aside from sharing life-saving training material and getting to help students nationwide understand who they are and why they matter — is being a student of her craft. She enjoys following her curiosity on topics that relate to pro-life apologetics and is currently most interested in questions related to aesthetics; the power of great stories and how they relate to human dignity and the Gospel; the vital importance of true community and its impact on human flourishing: and human limitations and creativity.
