Identity Breakdown: How transgenderism affects America’s youth

The desire to answer the question, “Who am I?” resonates with today’s rising generation. The culture pulls them in a direction that doesn’t align with scripture.

To equip young students with a lifelong faith, we must help them think differently about how their Creator defines them.

Dr. Andrew T. Walker, Dr. Kathy Koch, and Jason Jimenez will be our expert guides during this 3-hour event.

With this training, you get access to the following:
  • Presenters notes to take with you
  • Resources for ongoing study
  • Discussion questions to talk with the youth in your life

This is not a “right versus left” issue. The vast majority of Americans—Republicans, Independents, and nearly a majority of Democrats as well—think that, according to an October 2022 Summit Ministries and McLaughlin and Associates poll.

18% of people who identify as transgender are ages 13-17, according to https://williamsinstitute.law.ucla.edu/

Transgenderism has exploded worldwide in the past decade, particularly in the West. The Williams Institute at the UCLA Law School reports that the number of young people identifying as transgender has doubled in the last few years and that one out of five people who identify as transgender are thirteen to seventeen years of age.

On the popular social media platform TikTok, #trans has logged 50.2 billion views as of this writing, nearly doubling within the last year.

The British lesbian activist Kate Harris said,

“Our major concern is that millions of impressionable children are watching these online influencers. It’s no coincidence that the growth of TikTok coincides exactly with the exponential growth of children presenting with gender dysphoria.
