Having researched and developed expertise in biblical worldview formation for over 30 years, Roger is a leading voice in the biblical worldview movement. Roger is the author of the book, Beyond Biblical Integration, which has been studied by tens of thousands of educators across the globe and has become a standard text for university educational foundations courses.
Maggie has spent over 20 years as a teacher, educational leader, curriculum developer, and trainer. She is passionate about the educational and spiritual training of children and young adults, recognizing the great importance of intentional efforts to shape the biblical worldview of the next generation. Maggie brings to her work a wealth of experience in coaching educational leaders. Maggie’s doctoral dissertation featured new research on the efforts of Christian school leaders to equip their faculty to focus on Biblical worldview formation as the central priority of teaching and learning.
Joanna Richter is a faculty member and consultant of Worldview Formation at Summit Ministries. She has dedicated nearly two decades to Christian education, serving as a teacher, principal, and director of academic programming. She is passionate about providing students with a Christ-centered education that fosters a biblical worldview. With experience as an educator, leader, and trainer, Joanna is dedicated to supporting and equipping others who are called to Christian education.
Jim McKenzie is a faculty member of Summit’s Worldview Formation. He has worked in education for more than 30 years, including more than two decades in leadership at The Rock School, a PK-12 Christian school in Gainesville, Florida. With an M.Ed. from the University of Florida, he is a frequent speaker who has given workshops and keynotes at numerous Christian schools and conferences across the US and Canada. In 2023, he published his first book, One Generation to the Next: A Guide to Forming Your Faith and Finding Your Way. Summit’s Train-the-Trainer Conference prepares Christian school leaders to build sustainable biblical worldview immersion on their campus. Instead of relying on external training, schools develop internal leaders who can train, coach, and support their faculty over the long term.
This multi-day immersive experience equips leaders with practical worldview immersion training, coaching skill development, and guidance in creating a customized implementation plan.
