Train-The-Trainer Conference

Build a Campus Where Biblical Truth Shapes Every Classroom

Most Christian schools already believe biblical worldview matters.

The challenge is knowing how to move from belief to implementation.

  • How do you help teachers move beyond adding a Bible verse to a lesson?
  • How do you create consistency across classrooms?
  • How do you equip faculty without overwhelming them?
  • How do you build something sustainable that lasts beyond one passionate staff member?

You shouldn’t have to build that system from scratch.

You will leave the conference feeling confident to lead with:

  • Best practices and approaches for training and coaching peers that foster a change culture.
  • Personalized feedback and assistance with planning implementation.
  • Meaningful follow-up as you return to campus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should attend?

We require at least two attendees from each school. This aligns with our approach to training and with long-term sustainability on campus. We recommend sending at least one decision-maker. Other attendees should be well respected by peers, willing to train and support teachers, and passionate about biblical worldview immersion. Individuals with a leadership role in academics or spiritual formation are BOTH great candidates.

Can I come for just part of the time?

At least two attendees must be present for the entire conference for the school to be licensed to use Summit’s biblical worldview immersion training materials. Please make travel arrangements accordingly.

What is the format of the Train-the-Trainer conference?

Our time together is a carefully designed 3-day intensive built for attendee participation and collaboration. It is NOT hours of lecture. You can expect to:

  • Increase your knowledge and understanding of biblical worldview formation and immersion
  • Learn strategies for planning and delivering BWI training modules
  • Participate in portions of BWI training modules by Dr. Roger Erdvig and Dr. Maggie Pope with immediate Q&A sessions.
  • Participate in professional leadership coach training to develop skills for supporting teachers who are implementing BWI in the classroom
  • Learn how to lesson plan for biblical worldview formation
  • Explore Summit’s Standards for Biblical Worldview Formation as a tool to support individual and system-wide worldview formation implementation
  • Enjoy relational time and professional connections with other training cohort members and Dr. Erdvig and Dr. Pope
  • Engage in structured time for personal and team processing
What does the cost include?

What should I do to be prepared before I attend?
