Summit Leadership Cohort

The Summit Leadership Cohort

The Summit Leadership Cohort has closed applications for the 2025-2026 year. Sign up to receive updates on the 2026-2027 Leadership Cohort and gain exclusive Early Bird access to next year’s cohort application!

You’re a Summit Graduate who has already experienced worldview training at a Summit Student Conference or Gap Year and you’re asking yourself, “Now what?”

The Summit Leadership Cohort is an opportunity to continue to learn how to  live out the Christian worldview and steward the influence God has given you through the Summit staff and faculty. Everybody has influence, but a Christian leader is willing to use theirs to put the glory of God on display through the love and service of God and others.

Spend 3 hours per month for 9 months in a mentored experience crafted to reassure you that you’re not alone (Relationship)  and you’re not crazy (Truth). In partnership with Wheatstone Ministries, the Summit Leadership Cohort is designed to help you grow in the conviction, character, and competence you need to lead others from and for a Christian worldview in this cultural moment.

You will wrestle through understanding your life and calling through these applied worldview questions:

  • “What is good that I can promote, celebrate, and preserve?”
  • “What is missing that I can contribute?”
  • “What is evil that I can stop?”
  • “What is broken that I can restore?”

 You’ll be trained how to:

  • Grow in discernment.
  • Live with wisdom in this cultural moment.
  • Speak the Truth in love and expose false worldviews.

Cohort Members will:

  1. Experience monthly fellowship and community with fellow Summit grads through a 1-hour live online small group.
  2. Watch a 1-hour recorded Porch Talk with a Summit Faculty and participate in a monthly 1-hour Porch Talk Discussion.
  3. Receive 1-on-1 mentoring twice during the cohort year.
  4. Attend the Capstone Gathering, a 7-day immersive, in-person event with select Summit Faculty event in late May/early June.

Additionally, students in the Leadership Cohort will be the first to know about additional Summit Graduate Support opportunities, such as Book Studies and regional gatherings.
