Consulting for Biblical Worldview Immersion

Starting with an in-person, two-day needs assessment process on your campus, Members of the Summit team will work with your leadership team to assess your efforts at biblical worldview formation.

Next, we’ll generate a comprehensive plan for addressing the areas that you identify– areas in which you want to excel at biblical worldview formation. Schools have chosen to work on many different areas, such as new teacher onboarding/training, customized student worldview assessment tools, parent-equipping initiatives, comprehensive curricular review, coaching for emerging leaders, and many, many others.

After working with you to refine and finalize the plan, we’ll create and implement the programs and processes you need to fulfill your goals in biblical worldview formation. In addition, every consulting engagement includes our unique professional development program AND our train-the-trainer licensing process, so that you are well-positioned to continue your commitment to biblical worldview formation.

Throughout the entire engagement, we provide professional one-on-one and team coaching for leaders as they lead their school to fulfill their mission. We don’t only provide the expertise in worldview formation, we provide relationship-based, tangible support all along the way.
