As a speaker on leadership, worldviews, and young adult issues, Myers has delivered hundreds of keynote presentations offering humor and insight for teachers, business leaders, homeschool parents, grandparents, and youth. His podcast, Truth Changes Everything, with more than 300 episodes, plumbs the wisdom of culture-shaping leaders through weekly in-depth interviews. Myers’ media interviews have garnered more than three billion views on outlets such as Focus on the Family, Newsweek, Fox News, PragerU, Huckabee, and hundreds of other outlets.

If you had known Myers as a painfully shy youth, this vocational path would have seemed impossible. Having broken down in tears during a middle-school presentation, Myers vowed to conquer his public speaking fear. Adopting 2 Timothy 1:7 as a life verse — “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and a sound mind” — he became a high school state debate champion, nationally ranked collegiate debater, and university student government president (Washburn University). After earning an MA in Speech at Baylor University, Myers moved to Colorado to lead the development of Summit Ministries’ Understanding the Times curriculum, which has reshaped the way Christian educators think about competing worldviews.

Myers earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the University of Denver. Outside of Summit Ministries, he has led several training start-ups, served as Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Bryan College, and been a trustee of Colorado Christian University. Myers continues to teach leadership courses through the hybrid education company Unbound.

Myers is the father of four adult children. He and his wife Stephanie live in Colorado and enjoy hiking with their dog, Clive (named after CS — Clive Staples — Lewis), traveling, and dreaming of building an off-grid cabin in the mountains.
