We are excited to announce the 2013 scholarship essay contest! This scholarship contest is for students of ages 16+ and any school eager to attend our 2013 Tennessee Worldview Conference.

For students who are willing to act quickly, the 2013 Scholarship Essay Contest will award 20 winners with a half scholarship ($597.50) and 5 winners with a full scholarship ($1,195) to the summer program in Dayton, Tennessee. Additional need-based financial aid may also be available. Not chosen as one of the winners? You will still receive a $200 scholarship just for submitting your essay!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Scholarship money awarded from this contest is exclusively for students hoping to attend Summit in Tennessee but have not yet registered. Awarded scholarships are not transferable to any of the Colorado conferences.

How to apply: Students must submit an 800-word essay on the topic “Why Should Atheists and Agnostics care about religious freedom?” and make full use of biblical and historical resources as well as concise reasoning.

When to apply: Students should submit their essays as soon as possible. Entries received after June 7 at 5 p.m. MDT will not be accepted.

When awards will be announced: Winners will receive notification the week of June 14, which allows plenty of time to complete a Summit registration and make travel arrangements.
