Bullies in the End Zone
Anti-bullying laws should target these guys. For the Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview, I’m John Stonestreet with The Point.
The out-of-control Freedom from Religion Foundation is claiming that a Georgia high school football team is violating the separation of church and state by allowing churches to prepare meals for them on game day. According to the radical atheist’s group attorney, “This program is an egregious violation of the Establishment Clause and must cease immediately.”
Really? Demanding that a church not feed a football team is a noble defense of the Constitution? No, it’s bullying. That’s what the Freedom from Religion Foundation does. They identify any religious expression in the public square and whine loudly how offensive it is and make big threats to sue. These guys aren’t contributing to the debate, they are trying to silence it.
They are only out to eradicate religion wherever they can. Of course secularism is religious too. They either don’t realize it, or they deny it. For ThePointRadio.org, I’m John Stonestreet.
