Session 8 | Day 6
My experience at Summit thus far has been incredible. A lot of the topics that have been brought up here I would have never have heard about. The speakers are great. My two favorite speakers so far are John Stonestreet and Jeff Myers. Both speakers are truly anointed by God, and I am so inspired by them to be like them. I want to be a learner, and I want to be a leader.
This conference or “camp” has actually forced me to think, which is a good thing. If I had stayed at home, I would’ve been sitting down, probably doing pointless things on my computer or watching silly shows on the television. While at Summit, I have been able to sort some ideas and questions out in my head, get some questions answered, and learn a lot about other worldviews and ideas.
I do not regret whatsoever coming to Summit. The best thing a parent could do for his or her children is to send them to Summit. They will learn things that will affect them in a good way--not only for the present, but also for the future. In addition, the things they learn at Summit will not only influence them, but will also affect the people they come in contact with. On top of that, the people that were affected by the other people will affect the people that those people come in contact with as well because IDEAS HAVE CONSEQUENCES. This could potentially change the world!
